If you've been following Trump closely, you probably have seen already that Trump has no inhibitions in breaking the law, challenging the law, distorting facts about the law, and pushing to arrogate more government power to himself at the expense of other other governing institutions in our democracy.
One of the few ways left to challenge Trump is through the law. I know. He's escaped accountability up to this point, but the courts have stopped some of his illegal actions. For example, a court almost immediately stopped his so-called "pause" in funding government programs and agencies.
But we are only at the beginning of Trump 2.0. You can bet Trump is just getting warmed up. What is likely to come next? What will the challenges be to those of us working to protect the earth? How can WE use the law to confront Trump and stop Trump. Let's get a grip on it with Professor Salim's help.
