SB 329 Anti-Brine Companion to HB 439 Introduced
Senator Kent Smith and Senator Paula Hicks-Hudson just introduced companion legislation in the Senate (SB 329).
With this legislation introduced in both houses before the end of this year, we are setting ourselves up with every opportunity to get these bills through committee and onto the House and Senate Floors for a final vote.
